'They are killing my people': a poem
Killing my people
In 1994 they killed my people
In 2021 they are still killing my people
When the government turn guns
On their own people
Where do we run?
In the heart of Africa
They kill my people
In the land of a thousand hills
They kill my people
In the heartland of America
My adopted home
They are killing my people
When will they stop killing my people?
Where will they stop killing my people?
How will they stop killing my people ?
Lord, stop them from killing my people
